  • 5ml Flora oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Robertsons crushed garlic
  • 1 chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 125ml chicken stock
  • 1 courgette, grated
  • 125ml button mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 10g Flora pro-activ
  • ½ cup linguini, boiled and drained
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving


1. Heat Flora oil in a pan and gently fry the onions until soft

2. Add the cubed chicken breast and fry until well browned

3. Add the chicken stock, garlic, grated courgettes, button mushrooms and sundried tomatoes and stir well

4. Allow to simmer on a low heat for 8 minutes or until the chicken is tender and cooked through

5. Remove from heat, stir through the Flora pro-activ and toss with the linguini

6. Serve topped with shaved Parmesan cheese
