  • 1 rye or whole wheat bagel
  • 10g Flora pro-activ
  • 30ml low fat salmon-flavoured
  • cream cheese
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ tomato sliced
  • Freshly cracked black


1. Slice the bagel in half and spread with Flora pro-activ and cream cheese

2. Top with smoked salmon, lettuce, cucumber and tomato

3. Season with black pepper and serve with a lemon wedge and fresh bean sprouts
