Ingredients:
- 1 hake fillet
- 10g Flora pro-activ
- 5ml Robertsons basil
- 10ml lemon juice
- ½ red pepper, finely sliced
- Robertsons Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Place hake fillet on a double piece of tin foil
3. Top with Flora pro-activ, dried basil, lemon juice and red pepper
4. Season with salt and pepper then wrap up to form a parcel with the edges folded in
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
6.Serve with a vegetable cous cous or brown rice
